Overview

Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an integral part of our team, the Administrative Assistant will provide support to our operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative tasks including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
  • Organize travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct research as required for various projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with other benefits.
