Overview
Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
- Assist with basic office management tasks and contribute to overall efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with office management and administrative tasks; knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English preferred but not required.
- Biometric passport is required for this role.
- Salary: $1700 per month; full-time position. Part-time considerations may be made for exceptional candidates.
- Preference given to African or Egyptian candidates with administrative experience.
