Overview
Office Assistant for Indian Nationals in Dukhan
We are hiring an Office Assistant for our Indian employees in Dukhan. This position is suitable for men without any previous experience and does not require proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will have a valid biometric passport and be willing to work full-time in our office located in Dukhan.
Responsibilities- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Help with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Ability to work full-time in Dukhan without the need for English proficiency
- No previous experience required, but willingness to learn is essential
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
Salary: 1000$ per month.
