Overview
Administrative Coordinator - Malayalee / English Speaking (No Experience Required). Our company in Dukhan, Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with strong English communication skills and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment without any prior experience.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team and ensure smooth operation of the office.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and filing systems.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Malayalee with strong English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
