Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Civil
Project: NFE & NFS Project
Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar
Duration: 5 Months (Extendable)
Number of Positions: 2
Job Responsibilities- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil works.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate contractor bills, variations, and claims.
- Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities.
- Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and planning teams.
- Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare reports on project progress, cost analysis, and forecasting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract management.
- Experience in handling variations, claims, and billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools/software.
- Good communication skills in English.
- 10 hours per day, 6 days a week
- Food, Accommodation & Transportation provided by client
- PPE/Uniform provided
