Primary Purpose of the Job
Maintain equipment documentation and movable lists, input to the database for new equipment. Ensure SAP records are updated, and provide all technical records according to ISO standards. Provide technical assistance. Troubleshoot plant equipment. Schedule workloads and set priorities including inspection. Manage the work of assigned personnel including allocation of operational availability and reliability at all times. Oversee maintenance of production operations and associated piping and equipment in all field areas, including motors, gas turbines, injection compressors, vessels, generators, vertical and horizontal pumps, compressors, surface pumps, and maintenance of stations such as Powered Water Injection, Gas Lift and Wellhead.
Directs, inspects and coordinates maintenance work on Oil & Gas facilities.
- Management skills.
- Leadership and motivational skills, good knowledge of capacity.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in similar equipment in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
- Minimum 10 years experience in the maintenance of various equipment in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
- B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering is minimum.
- Must have satisfied the academic requirements for Chartered Engineers status or equivalent.
