Training Cell Supervisor – Aircraft Maintenance & Competency

BSL is seeking a Junior Supervisor for their Training Cell in Dukhan, Al Shahaniya, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing competency tool sets, ensuring that training materials meet requirements, and supervising maintenance personnel during various training activities. Key qualifications include an HNC or equivalent experience along with a strong understanding of human factors, E&PW, ITAR awareness, and relevant training qualifications.

This role is crucial for maintaining competency within the maintenance organization.
