Overview
Provides hand signal for the safe movement of vehicles / equipment.
Educational QualificationsMinimum Secondary level education.
Valid certificate of competence issued by QLTP or an internationally recognized body acceptable to QLTP and accepted by PTS.
Must have a laminated identification card with photograph issued by an approved TPCA and accepted by PTS.
ExperienceMinimum 3 years experience as a Banksman.
Duties and Responsibilities- Reports to the authorized Client personnel.
- Ensure safe movement of vehicles and equipment.
- Guiding drivers and operators of vehicles and equipment movement.
- Using an agreed and clear system of signaling to direct the driver or operator.
- Ensure vehicle or equipment parked in designated parking area.
- Ensure the area is safe for vehicle movement.
- Warn other personnel in the area of the movement of vehicle.
