Join a mission-driven finance team that supports one of the fastest-growing exterior services platforms in the U.S. RAFTRx is seeking a detail-oriented AR Specialist – Cash Application to support multi-brand, multi-entity cash operations. You’ll play a vital role in making sure our customers’ payments are accurately applied, our records are clean, and our books close on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately apply incoming payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards) to customer accounts
• Reconcile daily deposits, lockbox activity, and bank statements
• Collaborate with billing, customer service, and AR teams to resolve payment discrepancies
• Research unapplied cash and support root-cause resolution
• Maintain clean records for audit and month-end close
• Assist in process documentation and improvement efforts across systems (Sage, Quick Books, Acculynx)
• 5+ years of AR or cash application experience
• Experience with systems like Sage, Quick Books, Acculynx, or similar
• Excellent accuracy, time management, and follow-through
• Ability to problem-solve across departments
• Comfort navigating multi-entity financial environments
• Bonus:
  Experience in construction, roofing, or multi-location service companies
