As an experienced Accountant consultant, you’ll supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. The day-to-day responsibilities will vary significantly depending upon a company’s size and needs. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS) and experience with risk management. Ultimately, you’ll make sure we comply with accounting regulations, maximize profits and mitigate risks.

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory
• Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Reconcile bank accounts at least monthly, verify deposits, and address inquiries from banks
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Support month-end and year-end close process fees
• Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques
• Conduct internal audits to assess financial status
• Ensure compliance with current regulations
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Previous experience in accounting management or other related fields
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Fundamental knowledge of VAS
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• CPA (Preferred but not required)
• Public accounting background (Preferred but not required)
