Accounting Supervisor - Multi-Site Accounting

Job Description:

We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor with expertise in multi-site accounting. Your role will involve overseeing financial tasks across different locations. Here's what you'll do:

  • Monitor daily banking activities and manage cash flow for our corporate office, company-owned centers, and affiliate companies.
  • Prepare monthly reports for items like Royalty Fees, National Advertising Fees, Rent, Mortgages, and Property Taxes.
  • Provide support to Area Managers in accounting and bookkeeping matters.
  • Generate monthly financial statements for review.
  • Collaborate with our HR department to facilitate monthly payroll processing.
  • Collect and review monthly financial statements from various locations, benchmarking and tracking the financial performance of the system.
  • Update and monitor National Advertising expenditure, submitting a monthly report to the CEO and Director of Operations.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of credit cards and other accounts.
  • Gather tax-related information for the annual company audit.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounting and financial matters at our corporate office.
    • Requirements:
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems.
    • Prior experience in multi-site accounting is highly desired.
    • Any prior public accounting experience would be a bonus.
