Accounting Manager - Onsite Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of banking accounts and managing cash flow for corporate office, company‑owned center and affiliate companies
- Prepare and draft monthly Royalty Fees, National Advertising Fees, Rent, Mortgages, Property Taxes.
- Support Area Manager in accounting/bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Work in conjunction with our HR to prepare and submit monthly payroll.
- Collect and review monthly financial statements from owners, benchmark and track the financial health of the system, providing feedback when requested
- Update and track National Advertising spend and submit monthly report to CEO and Director of Operations
- Monthly reconciliation of credit cards and/or other various accounts
- Gather tax information in preparation for annual company audit and CPA prepared tax returns
- Main accounting and financial person located in this corporate office.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- ERP system experience
- CPA license highly desired
- Any public accounting experience a plus
Base salary up to $100k plus benefits.
