This role requires expertise in Quick Books Online, as well as demonstrated success managing migrations, integrations, and complex client onboarding projects.

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr – $/yr.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the CAS team to deliver consistent, timely, and accurate client services, including recruitment, performance management, and fostering collaboration and continuity across offices.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including systems setup, workflow design, presentations, proposals, and management of expectations.
  • Establish, build, refine, and document best practices, processes, and workflows for accounting operations, technology use, reporting, file documentation, and uniform procedures across offices to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Collaborate with partners, tax, assurance, and other firm service lines to provide integrated solutions and ensure seamless client service, gradually transitioning responsibilities to emerging leaders as appropriate.
  • Compile and maintain a firmwide list of all bookkeeping and CAS clients and ensure compliance with accounting standards, firm policies, and peer review requirements.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand CAS services with existing and prospective clients and helping to present CAS offerings.

  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.
