Job Description

Daily monitoring of banking accounts and managing cash flow for corporate office, company‑owned center and affiliate companies
Prepare and draft monthly Royalty Fees, National Advertising Fees, Rent, Mortgages, Property Taxes.
Support Area Manager in accounting/bookkeeping
Prepare monthly financial statements.
Work in conjunction with our HR to prepare and submit monthly payroll.
Collect and review monthly financial statements from owners, benchmark and track the financial health of the system, providing feedback when requested
Update and track National Advertising spend and submit monthly report to CEO and Director of Operations
Monthly reconciliation of credit cards and/or other various accounts
Gather tax information in preparation for annual company audit and CPA prepared tax returns
Main accounting and financial person located in this corporate office.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree Accounting or Finance
ERP system experience
CPA license highly desired
Any public accounting experience a plus

Base salary up to 100k plus benefits.
