Job Description Echo Park  Automotive is hiring a Tag & Title Manager for our dealership in Duluth, GA. Our Tag & Title Manager will play an important role in managing the processing of car deals, verifying costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support a team by providing guidance on daily responsibilities, overseeing workflow and priorities, and serving as the primary point of escalation for questions, issues, and operational challenges

Process all vehicles for registration in the state that will be titled. Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder recorded before processing title applications. Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete. Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins. Maintenance of our title database to ensure visibility to all title statuses.

Oversee wholesale title transactions to ensure prompt funding.
