• Prepare and process deal paperwork for automotive sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales staff, finance managers, and customers to finalize deals.
• Verify contract terms, prices, and payments to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all completed deals.
• Communicate with lenders and financial institutions to facilitate financing arrangements.
• Ensure timely submission of all paperwork and deal information for processing.
• Assist with resolving any discrepancies or issues related to automotive deals.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or automotive fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive sales support, billing, or finance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient with computer applications and dealership management systems.
