Procurement Operations Analyst

· Build relationships with key stakeholders to gather category requirements from departments and subject matter experts.
· Act as primary point of support on analytics for the Category Sourcing Director
· Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply-Chain, or Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience
· Two or more years of relevant experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Supply-Chain
· Experience in system analytics and process improvements.
· Experience in supporting change initiatives involving significant impacts to organization.
· Experience running system reports and processing substantial amounts of data to an actionable state.
· Experience in the Data Center/Construction industry.
· Exhibit excellent people skills with all levels of the organization.
· Ability to follow and document process for standard work development.
· Use organizational skills to determine prioritization and appropriate multitasking.
· Strong planning, organization, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
· Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, on multiple, concurrent projects of varying complexity and competing priority.
· Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
