Summary
The Supervisor at KAM Logistics and Freight Forwarding Sales requires a strong understanding of various business functions within the company's freight forwarding services. This role supports the senior team in identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and bringing innovative ideas. Responsibilities include supporting business planning, maintaining communication with business units, researching industry trends, and cultivating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Achieve top management goals by delivering related results.
- Align operations with sales work before operations start.
- Research and analyze market trends and data.
- Improve processes, review market pricing, and develop client lists.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts through visits and exploring new opportunities.
- Manage client relationships, onboarding, and communication.
- Forecast requirements, prepare budgets, and analyze market rates.
- Act as a liaison between clients, local branches, and headquarters to ensure strategic alignment.
- Provide market and business performance reports.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to meet financial and service goals.
Compensation
$69,000-$80,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study upon candidate selection)

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Database Management
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management and Logistics Industry
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding Services
- Ability to develop business plans and new projects
- Proficient with PC usage
Education & Experience
- Bachelor Degree required
- At least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Finance
- Preferred 6+ years of experience

- Sitting at a desk, repetitive hand use, standing/walking
