• Process Innovation (PI) – Warehouse Operations
  • Analyze existing warehouse operations to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Define optimal staffing levels and equipment requirements through cargo‑volume and workload analysis
  • Recommend system configurations that align with redesigned operational processes
  • Calculate required storage capacity and design efficient, optimized warehouse layouts
• Process Innovation (PI) – Warehouse Systems
  • Assess current system architecture and provide clear, actionable recommendations for enhancement
  • Participate in modularizing the existing system to improve scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, with exposure to B2B & B2C operations and importing.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
• Willingness to travel within the USA over 40%
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
