LHH is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Duluth, GA to hire a Sales Admin / Logistics Coordinator. This dynamic role will initially focus on supporting a critical tariff management project and will expand to include key responsibilities in sales support, order entry, invoicing, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the tariff management project as your introductory assignment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Managers to prepare accurate machine quotes.
  • Manage order entry and invoicing workflows as quotes convert to sales.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including shipping coordination, freight management, and bill of lading administration.
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving process for machines arriving from overseas.
  • Monitor payment activity and work closely with Accounting to ensure timely payment follow-ups.
  • Navigate a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment requiring strong organizational skills and resilience.
Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Excel is a must.
  • Strong understanding of order management processes; experience with complex invoicing, such as tiered invoicing, is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, freight administration, customs, and related logistics.
  • Familiarity with order-to-cash processes.
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite Monday through Friday.
  • Dependable, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a resilient, fast-moving role.
  • Contract-to-Hire, Full-time, Onsite
