• Oversee field operations on major big‑box retail builds across multiple states
• Manage scheduling, subcontractor coordination, cost control, and QA/QC
• Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met on every site
• Lead from the field—adapting to new locations, challenges, and teams

• Proven experience managing large retail construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
