Gwinnett Place Nissan is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Business Development Center (BDC) Consultant to join our team. If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to build a career in the automotive industry.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and emails

• Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers with sales inquiries

• Schedule appointments for the sales department

• Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Nissan brand positively

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
