Architectural CAD Drafter​/Captain

Job Description

Full‑time in‑house CAD drafter position in a fast‑paced environment.

• Take a plan from schematic design to full construction documents with minimal or no supervision.
• Operate AutoCAD Architectural 2013 or later to produce residential production housing drawings.
• Solve AutoCAD software problems and set up AutoCAD in multiple office templates.
• Work independently or in a team, demonstrating personal drive to grow in production architecture field.

• 1–5 years experience working in CAD in residential production housing.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Architectural 2013 or later.
• Quick learner, able to adapt to new software and templates.
• Preferred residential design background; not primarily engineering/structural/civil.
• Must live, reside, and work in the USA currently; no sponsorship offered.
• Non‑job‑hopper; steady employment without frequent moves.

Work hours are generally 8‑5 Mon‑Fri with a 1‑hour lunch. Overtime occasionally required. This is a salaried position with a salary range of $75,000‑$85,000.
