The Math Interventionist is responsible for supporting student achievement in mathematics. They will analyze data to develop intervention pathways for struggling students, implement data‑driven small group and individual instruction, monitor and report progress, and participate in both in‑person and virtual student‑centered activities.
- Provide high‑quality instruction to individual students and small groups.
- Use data to guide instruction and advance students' skills to grade level.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify best practices and place students in appropriate intervention groups.
- Maintain data‑based documentation of student performance and progress.
- Provide diagnostic assessments and support school teams in decisions about student progress.
- Support implementation of assessment tools and data management systems.
- Teach and monitor the Math Enrichment courses.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Highly qualified and certified to teach Elementary School Math in Georgia (grade level appropriate).
- Ability to work full‑time hours (Monday‑Friday) from home or office.
- Strong technology skills, especially Microsoft OS and Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player who collaborates and serves customers.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Willing to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing events (may require overnight travel).
- Ability to work occasional evening hours to support families.
- Must have a personal electronic device and email address for two‑step authentication.

Duluth, Georgia (telework possible) – Salary: $61,816.00–$ (annual).
