• Obtain utility contact and facility owner information
• Obtain, evaluate and provide recommendations to the client regarding prior rights claims
• Review utility plans or records, work with utility owners to address utility conflicts
• Lead and/or facilitate internal and external meetings regarding utility‑specific activities
• Coordinate with DOTs and local municipalities as required
• Ensure that DOTs requirements for utility certification are met
• Experience in an engineering, surveying or Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) related field is a plus
• Assist UC project managers and practice leaders in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, including travel as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work in a normal office environment with field site visits for work‑related tasks, including field data collection, field meetings (with and without client) or other required field duties

Education and/or

Skills Required:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD

Education and/or Work Experience Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Photoshop and Google Earth

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations

Required:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Pre‑employment drug screening is a condition of employment; background and motor vehicle checks may be required based on position
