Senior Water Resources Project Manager – Atlanta, GA

Halff has an immediate opening for an experienced Professional Civil Engineer to fulfill the role of a Senior Project Manager specializing in our Water Resources practice located in our Atlanta, GA location.

This is an excellent opportunity to provide strategic support to expand our water resources practice in Georgia. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with FEMA, watershed management districts, local governments, and private clients. The successful candidate should also have proven experience in managing existing clients, developing new clients, managing a project team, and leading project delivery.

• 10+ years of experience in Water Resources project delivery.
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE License in Georgia or can obtain within 6 months.
• Robust communication, written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in project management, administration, and supervision of technical staff.
• Technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ICPR, and other software packages.
• Proven business development experience.
• Positive attitude, self-directed yet a team player, with a focus on integrity and quality.

• Halff has close to 200 Water Resources and GIS professionals, including more than 100 Certified Floodplain Managers.
• Provides integrated solutions through interdisciplinary services.
• Team has prepared more than 200 master drainage/stormwater plans and conducted 50 major basin studies in Texas.
