We are seeking a PQM Technician 1 (Building/Construction Inspector) to join our Duluth, GA team! 90% of the work will be done in Putnam County. Come join us!

• Performs daily field code inspections of commercial, public facility and school construction projects.
• Reviews commercial and education facility design plans to ensure compliance with current building codes.
• Abides by Atlas's health and safety policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction or related field
• 10 years' experience with interpretation of applicable building codes
• Acceptable experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• Mechanical, electrical and plumbing inspections; sprinkler inspections a plus
• PE license a plus

• Inspections certifications, ADA certifications
• Microsoft Office;
  Permit portal software such as Geo Permits, etc.
• Knowledge of state and/or federal regulation (NEPA, FERC etc.)

• 90% majority of the work will be in Putnam County, GA; some work may be in the metro Atlanta area
