Part‑Time Team Lead – Regal Medlock Crossing 18 & RPX
Pay: $17.00/hr

DescriptionFrom the start of the shift to closing, this role ensures a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Regular and consistent attendance.
- Uphold and administer all company policies.
- Train, develop, and coach non‑management employees.
- Perform all team positions as required.
- Operate all projection and audio‑visual equipment within the theatre, both hardware and software.
- Ensure operational delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor maintenance standards and operational delivery to keep them at required levels.
- Enforce dress code compliance.
- Complete or be in the process of completing team‑lead training.
- Review, understand, and demonstrate all Team Member level policies and procedures.
- Possess advanced knowledge of emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures.
- Report performance issues and policy violations to Theatre Management for appropriate action.
- Monitor risk management as it pertains to theatre operations, including employee and patron safety, loss prevention, and accident investigation.
- Read and understand training materials covering harassment prevention and regulatory compliance.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Theatre Management.
Free movie passes and discounted concessions at any Regal location. Eligible for a 401(k) retirement plan with company match after 6 months of service and reaching age 21.
Qualifications- At least three months of supervisory experience, or six months of theatre experience with completion of the Level 1 Team Member Star Program, or a combination thereof.
- Legal age to sell and serve alcohol if duties include alcohol sales, and completion of required state or local training.
- Good public speaking and effective communication skills.
- Proficient in performing calculations with speed and accuracy.
- Strong reasoning ability: identify problems, analyze data, recommend solutions, and act with minimal supervision.
- Experience with PC platforms and basic office programs (e‑mail, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Excellent customer interface skills and sensitivity to others’ feelings.
- Basic supervisory responsibilities and knowledge of applicable laws.
- Ability to work in moderate to high noise environments and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 lbs.
