This is your opportunity to work hands‑on in the Treasury department at a global organization supporting corporate risk, credit risk and operational treasury! You will gain exposure to subject experts and management along the way, who are easily accessible and offer valuable insight. • Assist corporate risk manager with insurance renewals, claims tracking, and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s)
• Work closely with credit manager to assess customer credit risk and recommend credit terms
• Provide support to Treasury team such as template creation, opening new bank accounts, preparation of KYC documentation, preparing daily cash reports, and assistance with projects and audits
• Support the process of corporate credit card requests and maintenance through the portal, ensuring adherence to company policies, and provide reporting and cardholder assistance as needed
• Maintain treasury policies and procedures documentation

• 2+ years of treasury, insurance, credit or related finance experience
• Experience with global banking platforms and international cash management
• Basic understanding of corporate insurance programs and corporate credit frameworks
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision and thrive in a team-based environment

• Experience with ERP such as Oracle or SAP
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as Kyriba

$60,000.00 - $95,000.00 / annually.

For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $74,500.00- $/ annually
