Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and decision‑making across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled in building financial models, and able to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and forecasting
• Prepare and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and budgeting
• Analyze operational and financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial guidance
• Develop presentations and reports for senior leadership
• Support annual budgeting processes and long‑term planning cycles
• Assist with ad‑hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and business cases
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and support continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 4–6+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑interpretation skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
