Overview
To perform inspections, coordinate efforts, and manage projects in the Public Works & Utilities Department. This Utility Resource Specialist (URS) position will focus mainly on storm utility tasks.
Responsibilities- Assist with the City’s MS4 permit compliance, including:
- public outreach/education
- illicit discharge detection/elimination
- construction site erosion control inspection
- post-construction site inspections
- City/private BMP facility inspections
- TMDL compliance
- City storm utility infrastructure inspections
- Storm utility billing program and account management assistance
- Field work required to complete duties and tasks
