The Lead Medical Technologist must be knowledgeable in the operation of every laboratory section, perform the duties of a Medical Technologist III and assist the supervisor and take charge in the absence of the supervisor in monitoring shift operation in all sections of the laboratory.
REQUIRED- Acceptable certifying agencies include: ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHS (HEW)
