The Massage Therapist is a key member of The Retreat Spa team, responsible for delivering exceptional spa services in alignment with established protocols and standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, committed to excellence, and dedicated to providing outstanding experiences for every member and guest.

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments tailored to each client's needs, ensuring adherence to The Retreat Spa's protocols
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' symptoms, medical history, and desired outcomes
• Always maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Use spa products efficiently to minimize waste and support sustainability efforts
• Perform light housekeeping duties to uphold spa cleanliness and ambiance
• Actively promote additional spa services and retail products to enhance the client experience
• Support and uphold the core values of Atlanta Athletic Club through professional conduct and service excellence

• Completion of an accredited program in massage therapy
• Current and valid professional license in the State of Georgia
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, flexible, and professional demeanor
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Skilled in assessing client needs and recommending appropriate treatments
• Able to build rapport and make clients feel comfortable and valued

• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Enjoy a holiday rate of 1.5 times normal pay for working on Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving
