Medical Front office should be familiar with:
** Appointment scheduling, phone etiquette
** Insurance verification
** Patient registration
** Medical terminology Medical Assistants should have experience with:
** Vital signs, patient triage, medication and medical history documentation in EMR
** Urine testing, finger stick, EKG
** Venipuncture/ Phlebotomy
