Food Purchasing Manager

Description

Concord Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Food Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement for our food and beverage operations. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and high-quality products to support exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage all food and beverage purchasing, maintaining quality, consistency, and cost controls
• Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and establish supplier relationships to maximize value
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries to meet operational needs
• Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and event teams to forecast demand and menu requirements
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory for financial reporting
• Analyze purchasing trends, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all procurement activities
• Participate in budget planning and work to achieve financial targets for F&B operations
• Support team development by coaching and mentoring staff involved in procurement

• Experience in food and beverage purchasing, hospitality, or restaurant operations
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement software
• Commitment to cost control, quality, and supplier relationships
