Front Desk Agent –
HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group

Base pay: $15.50/hr.

• Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming guests and offering assistance throughout their stay.
• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out, process reservations and payments, and answer inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest stays and resolve issues or complaints promptly.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor and follow all hotel policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence.

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior hotel experience is an advantage; a combination of education and experience is valued.
