Front Desk Concierge - Part Time

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members and guests by welcoming them warmly, assisting with inquiries, and managing a variety of front desk tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills. Applicants must be able to work on Sunday.
- Work as directed to support the mission and core values of Atlanta Athletic Club
- Confirm details of events with BEO to properly execute information signs
- Update the reservation system to accurately record and confirm details associated with event reservations
- Assist members with lost and found items
- Review all upcoming events and hours of operation based on the Club Times and be prepared to provide accurate information
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Maintain the Concierge BEO book, adding pop-ups when necessary
- Update daily events on the Club's reader board if necessary
- Provide support for event setup and member services during events
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
Skills And Abilities
- Strong ability to provide friendly, personalized, and professional service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle and resolve member issues effectively
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous in record‑keeping and administrative tasks
- Competent in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other various computer systems and office equipment
- Always maintain a neat and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is advantageous but not required
- Flexible schedule including late afternoon, weekends and holidays
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Enjoy a holiday rate of 1.5 times normal pay for working on Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving
- 401k enrollment after 60 days (team member contributions if eligible)
