Overview

PEOPLESOFT PAYROLL FUNCTIONAL RESOURCE — The Fountain Group is currently seeking a People Soft Payroll Consultant for a prominent client of ours.

Rate: $90/hr on W2 — REMOTE

• 10+ years People Soft experience.
• A strong focus on Core HR, Global HR, Benefits, NA Payroll, and Canadian Payroll modules in People Soft 9.2.
• Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus.
• Solid understanding of setup tables, system integration, and HCM payroll processes and reporting, including year-end processing of U.S. W2s and Canadian T4s.
• Experience supporting company-specific needs for garnishments; union pay; FLSA overtime calculations; earnings calculations; employee deduction calculations; interfaces and general ledger transactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of payroll administration, including federal and state wage & hour and tax regulations, in a multi-state environment.
• Ability to research and analyze data to diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Ability to review and make recommendations of PUM/Tax Updates.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office tools.
