Work Type:
- Preferably part-time (3 days/week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
- Open to full-time (Monday–Friday) if the candidate prefers

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients for spine and pain management conditions
- Perform interventional pain management procedures
- Open to training candidates in:
- Botox procedures
Experience:
- Prior pain management experience preferred (but open to training candidates willing to learn)
