Responsibilities
- Lead alignment and optimization of resources and meet SLA on tickets
- First level contact for desk support all tickets before passing to development team
- Review BI and ETL tasks & processes
- Expertise in troubleshooting and debugging ETL jobs
- Deploy BODS and implement security (provide user access)
- BODS admin knowledge to troubleshoot server issues
- Provide estimates and plan deliverables
- Monitor progress during daily scrum calls
- Establish standards & best practices
- Project oversight and status reporting (weekly reports)
- 8+ years experience in data warehousing, data services
- Working knowledge of BODS, SQL, Windows/Linux
- Knowledge on IDOC & LSMW processing in SAP
- APEX
