We are a growing Managed Services and Cloud provider investing heavily in scale, process, and leadership development. We are hiring an IT Project Manager (Managed Service Provider) to own client onboarding and support operational initiatives as the business continues to expand.

This is a hands off role that requires prior hands on MSP experience. You will manage scope, timelines, and execution while guiding engineering teams, not performing the technical work yourself.

• Own and improve the client onboarding process for new site buildouts
• Manage project scope, timelines, and coordination across teams
• Evolve onboarding playbooks to be more repeatable and scalable
• Support infrastructure and cloud projects from planning through delivery
• Partner closely with leadership to bridge planning and execution

• MSP background with previous hands on technical experience
• Experience as a systems or project engineer prior to moving into project work
• Strong understanding of MSP onboarding and project delivery
• Organized, clear communicator with strong process ownership

• $90k to $100k base salary
