Compensation

$86,000 – $96,000 per year (subject to compensation study upon candidate selection).

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for subsidiary‑related IT support inquiries and issues.
  • Manage and support various SaaS applications, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
  • Define the scope of business requirements, determine approach, and produce specifications.
  • Monitor and enforce IT security policies to protect organizational data and systems.
  • Lead the IT support/helpdesk team to deliver efficient, user‑centric support for all employees.
  • Manage vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and services.
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for optimization and automation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address needs and align support with business objectives.
  • Effectively interact with external parties – customers and vendors.
  • Provide training and support to end users on new software and solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for subsidiary procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrable expertise in programming, software installation and configuration (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C#, Oracle, Postgre

    SQL).
  • Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with database design and management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: must effectively convey and document designs and processes.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Master’s Degree Preferred
  • 6–9 Years of Direct Experience in Information Technology Required
  • 7–11 Years Direct Experience Preferred
  • 1–3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
  • 4–7 Years of Supervisory Experience Preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or computer for long periods.
  • Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing.
  • Lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Stand/walk occasionally.
Working and Environmental Conditions
  • Typical office environment with low‑level noise exposure.
  • This position is located in the Duluth, GA office.
  • Communication with employees and field partners will be primarily conducted via phone and email.
