Payment Operations Specialist; Hybrid

The starting salary for this position is $21.50 per hour depending on experience and qualification.

• Process and assist front line team members with payroll allocation requests, domestic and international wires, and other requests as needed.
• Perform exception item research and SEG posting.
• Process ACH origination, share draft, and receiving files.
• Assist in gathering data, examples, and transactions for audits.
• Completes special projects, reports as assigned and participates in project meetings as requested.
• Stays informed of electronic processing policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Promotes and establishes strong, positive and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company's purpose, mission and core values.

High School (required)

• 1 - 3 years: 1-3 years of similar or related work experience. (required)
• Strong analytical and research skills to present practical solutions. (required)
• Knowledge of electronic payments, including current electronic processing policies and procedures. (required)
• General computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, and Email. (required)
