** Position Summary
** The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Fox’s Workday HCM system. This role supports a broad range of Workday functionality, including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learning, and Time Tracking.

The HRIS Specialist serves as a Workday subject matter resource, partnering with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. The role is responsible for Workday configuration, business processes, security, integrations, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.  
** Position Responsibilities
*** Administer and support Workday HCM and related functional areas, including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learning, and Time Tracking.
* Administer and support Workday security, including security groups, domain and business process security, role assignments, access controls, authentication policies, troubleshooting, and periodic security reviews.
* Develop, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Workday integrations, including EIBs, Workday Web Services, and other integration technologies.
* Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports and dashboards.
* Lead and participate in Workday enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives by translating business requirements into effective solutions, improving processes and automation, maintaining documentation, and providing support to stakeholders.

*** Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learning, and Time Tracking.
* Experience with EIBs, Workday Web Services, Workday Studio, or other integration technologies.
* Experience supporting Workday security administration and security audits.
* Experience with Workday releases and tenant management.
* Experience participating in or supporting a Workday implementation or major enhancement.
* Experience working with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors on HR technology initiatives.
