- - 강한 커뮤니케이션 능력, 고객 대응 및 문제 해결 능력
- - 자기 주도적이며 체계적, 압박 환경에서도 업무 수행 가능
- – 미국에서 일할수 있는 자격 보유
- - 국내외 물류 전 과정 운영 관리 (FTL, LTL, 해상, 항공 등)
- - 창고와 협력하여 화물 수령, 보관, 출고 정확성 확보
- - 트럭/선박 운송사와 운송 일정 조율 및 추적
- - 상업 문서 작성 및 검토 (BL, AWB, BOL, 인보이스, 패킹리스트 등)
- - 청구 업무 처리(A/R), 공급업체 인보이스 확인(A/P)
- - 손익(P&L) 모니터링 및 목표 마진 달성
- - 배송 정산 및 선적 마감 관리
- - 내부 TMS/ERP 시스템에 정확한 기록 유지
- - 고객, 공급업체, 내부 관리팀과 효과적인 커뮤니케이션
- - 배송, 손상, 분실 관련 문제 해결 지원
