As an Advanced Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing complex projects within our organization. You will utilize your expertise in project management to ensure successful project delivery while demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and oversee multiple complex projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Provide guidance and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project objectives.

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and allocate resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Develop contingency plans and alternative strategies to ensure project success in dynamic environments.

• Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize project performance and achieve desired results.
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as necessary to maintain project efficiency.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance against established goals and benchmarks.
• Generate regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and best practices implementation within the project management framework.
• Lead or participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ability to travel 25%
