Join TTEC as a Manager, Service Delivery and help bring humanity to our business experience. As a Manager in Duluth, GA, you’ll support and motivate your team to meet client goals, manage quality customer interactions, and maintain a positive work environment.
What You’ll Be DoingLead, mentor, and coach a team of associates, ensuring they meet client expectations and internal performance standards. Manage client escalation and quality monitoring to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Act as a stand‑in for the Director of Service Delivery, encouraging growth and fostering career mobility for your associates.
During a Typical Day, You’ll- Improve key success metrics, including:
- Customer Satisfaction Score
- Service Level Goals
- Quality Goals
- Coach associates to meet company and client goals while addressing employee issues and coordinating training on updated information, products, and processes.
- Manage multiple complex tasks and projects, monitor attendance and absence, and prioritize workloads.
The Role
- Minimum 1 year of call center or equivalent work experience.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $79,000–$80,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level.
