We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion.
Job Summary:
As an Electrical Construction Project Manager (CCTV & Communications), you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimization of CCTV and telecommunications systems. You will coordinate teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that all technical aspects meet industry standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of low-, mid-, and high-voltage electrical systems and be willing to travel to different states as required for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Work with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate project scope and requirements.
- Supervise the installation and configuration of CCTV and communication systems.
- Ensure all installations meet technical standards and client specifications.
- Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting for installed systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates and address client concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality solutions and resolving any issues.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high work standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct final inspections to confirm project completion and client satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to resolve any issues.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed on-site.
- Lead and manage field teams, technicians, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure team members meet project objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Track project expenses and provide financial reports.
- Approve and oversee material and equipment procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, schedules, and budgets.
- Prepare and submit project documents, including 'As-built' drawings and reports.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients after project completion.
- Collaborate with support teams to address post-installation issues or upgrades.
- Gather client feedback for future project improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
