We are looking for an Operations Generalist to serve as a member of our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is a team player who is self‑motivated and hard‑working. Each team member is crucial to the overall success of the team, and we expect each person to contribute their ideas for continuous improvement. Our work environment is influenced by our customers – craftspeople and artists helping consumers and businesses make their environments personal and compelling through art and wall décor.

• Pick, quality inspect, and pack orders
• Run manufacturing equipment including pneumatic saws, joiner, and manual saws
• Ability to measure down to 1/16 of an inch
• Inspect for quality, measure, and wrap product for delivery
• Receiving - replenishment of inventory
• Pulling & quality inspecting product for saw operators
• Loading & unloading of the delivery truck while helping out in the warehouse on a regular basis
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Warehouse/production environment experience
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
• Ability to lift to 55 lbs.
• Forklift operator experience (ideal stand‑up)
• Can read and recognize product variations
• Basic computer skills
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills for enhanced teamwork
• H.S. diploma or GED, preferred
