Overview

The Marketing/Proposal Coordinator at KCI Technologies, Inc. supports our sales and project acquisition teams by creating persuasive proposals and marketing materials that highlight KCI’s expertise and win new business.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Read RFQ/RFP documents thoroughly and prepare proposal checklists that identify client submission requirements and proposal team action items.
  • Demonstrate experience with a CRM database;
    Microsoft Dynamics, Unanet (Cosential), or Deltek Vision (preferred).
  • Demonstrate experience with Adobe InDesign; additional Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience is preferred.
  • Understand the SF 330 / Architect‑Engineer Qualifications process (experience preferred).
  • Lead pursuit teams on kickoff calls to develop winning strategies, assign team responsibilities, and establish deadlines.
  • Prepare presentations and coach technical teams in preparation for client interviews.
  • Track future project leads and update information regularly in the CRM database.
  • Enter and update personnel and project information in the CRM database to maintain accurate records.
  • Work with technical project managers and marketing content/support team to develop comprehensive materials highlighting KCI’s staff and capabilities.
  • Conduct background research and gather/tailor supporting materials.
  • Work with the marketing content team to develop high‑impact graphics for proposals and presentations.
  • Provide quality control (QC) review of marketing peer proposals.
  • Print, assemble, and ship proposals and/or prepare electronic submission files as needed.
  • Coordinate with teaming partners and respond to external requests for proposal information.
  • DOT proposal experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field (preferred).
  • Pre‑employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based on position.
